IT Professional | SharePoint & SAP
Enterprise IT professional with SharePoint administration background, currently upskilling in SAP. Open to functional consulting and IT roles.
IT professional transitioning back to the enterprise space.
I'm Khaliq Syed — an enterprise IT professional with a SharePoint administration background. After time in operations roles, I'm returning to the technology work I've always been strongest at: supporting collaboration platforms, keeping identities and permissions tidy, and getting business users unstuck.
Right now I'm upskilling in SAP with a view toward functional / technical consulting work, while staying hands-on with the Microsoft 365 + SharePoint stack I know best. If you're hiring for a SharePoint admin, systems analyst, or entry-level SAP role, I'd love to talk.
Skills
SharePoint
- SharePoint Online and SharePoint Server (2016 / 2019) administration
- Site collection and permissions management
- Content migration planning and execution
- List, library, and basic workflow configuration
- M365 admin center — users, groups, licensing
SAP (in progress)
- Currently working through SAP fundamentals and navigation
- Targeting functional / technical consulting track
- Open to associate-level roles that include structured training
General enterprise IT
- Windows Server fundamentals
- Active Directory — users, groups, group policy basics
- PowerShell scripting for everyday admin tasks
- Ticket-driven support, documentation, and end-user communication
Experience
Several years of hands-on SharePoint administration and general IT support in enterprise environments, followed by a stint in operations roles outside of IT. I'm now refocusing full-time on the technology side — refreshing the SharePoint / M365 stack and adding SAP to my toolbelt.
I'm comfortable as the person in the room who bridges business users and the platform: translating "this doesn't work" into a concrete fix, documenting what changed, and making sure the next person doesn't hit the same wall.
